BlazeSQL's ChatGPT Integration

Connect BlazeSQL to ChatGPT and query your databases using natural language directly in the chat.

Updated yesterday

How It Works

Once connected, BlazeSQL appears as a tool inside ChatGPT. You simply ask a question about your data in plain English.

ChatGPT will simply pass the request on to Blaze. Blaze will conduct the analysis and return the result to ChatGPT.

User management & Authentication

All users who try to use BlazeSQL via ChatGPT will be asked to login to their BlazeSQL account via ChatGPT. They must already have an account and connected database at BlazeSQL.com/app.

Setting Up BlazeSQL in ChatGPT

  • A Blaze Team Advanced or Blaze Enterprise subscription

  • A BlazeSQL account with at least one connected database

Step 1: Go to Workspace Settings in ChatGPT

Go to chatgpt.com and access the workspace settings

Step 2: Create a new app in the "Apps" page

Go to the "Apps" page, and click "+ Create"

Step 3: Add BlazeSQL's ChatGPT MCP URL

Leave the default OAuth Authentication, and click "Create" to login to your BlazeSQL account

Step 4: Publish the BlazeSQL app

Step 5: ask data questions in ChatGPT!

To make sure ChatGPT knows you want to query your database, it's best to tag @BlazeSQL when you ask a question.
